The beautiful, nutty-brown Habano Rosado wrapper features a triple cap and is combined perfectly with hearty, flavor-packed, long-filler tobaccos and a smooth, spicy binder. As good as a named Cuban at a fraction of the cost.
I bought these recently in San Diego and then ordered some from these guys here as I loved it so much. I travel a lot and am regularly in London where I can buy any Cuban I want - Romeo y Julieta / Montecristo / Cohiba etc. When you remove the brand snobbery and focus on the quality of the leaf and the wrapper though, these bad boys are right up there with the finest cubans. I really like this smoke. It's peppery, aromatic yet nice and smooth and reminds me of a Romeo y Julieta Churchill in some ways at a third of the price. It's a beautifully made cigar that handles my rugged punch technique (my test of a cheap cigar) perfectly. The smoke is long (25 min) and the smoke is even and fills the air with deliciously spicy plumes. This is now my go-to weekly treat cigar with a decent cognac or whisky. Why pay more for over branded Cubabs? This is all the skill of Little Havana in a perfect format.
