Hastings is an aromatic blend, but it's not typical of the genre. To begin with, it's all Virginia, including the black Cavendish (which is commonly the case in Europe). The mellow, sweet top note translates to the flavor, but lightly. For the person who prefers straight Virginia blends, but who occasionally enjoys a subtle aromatic, Hastings might be your cup of tea.
