When you receive a text message and confirmation email from us. Bulk, by the ounce, all papers, wraps, cones, fake dip/chew cans will be ready within 30 minutes. There is a handling time for most cigar orders. Cigar orders need 48-72 hours before your order will be ready. This does not include weekends.

Where do I pickup my order?

7110 Oakland Ave. Richmond Heights, MO 63117. In the confirmation email there is a map with links to directions by Google. These links are also available at the top of this page titled "St. Louis Area Local Pickup."

What do I do when I arrive?

If you've received the email/text that your order is ready for pickup, please stay in your vehicle. Call or text us at 314-783-7911 to let us know you are here and we will bring your order to you. DO NOT attempt to enter the building.

I placed an order for bulk, by the ounce, pipe tobacco and cigars. Why is my order not ready on the same day?

Bulk, by the ounce, pipe tobacco is ready within 30 minutes, but most cigar orders take 48-72 hours to be ready. If you placed an order that contains both of these items you will need to wait the full 48-72 hours before the ENTIRE order is ready to be picked up. Or call us to arrange separate pickups.
