Macanudo Maduro Vintage 2013 Toro Grande 6 x 54 cigars commemorate an exceptional growing season of a decade ago with a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper that was grown during one of Connecticut's hottest summers on record. These high temperatures and increased rainfall created an ideal climate for growing broadleaf tobacco that was thick, dark, oily, and remarkably rich and flavorful. Underneath this exquisite maduro leaf, is a three nation blend of Brazilian, Nicaraguan, and Dominican long fillers held together by a tasty Honduran binder. The result is a full bodied smoke laced with luscious notes of earth anise, dark roast coffee, leather, and spice, before a creamy sweet finish.
