St. Louis Area Local Pickup
Are you in the St. Louis or surrounding area? Would you like to pickup your order rather than pay for the cost of shipping?
Easy. Just choose the "Local Pickup" option during checkout. (Please note that although you are choosing pick up, depending on stock availability, it may not be same day service. An email will be sent along with a text message to inform you when your order is ready.)
All papers, wraps, cones, fake dip/chew and their accessories should be ready within 30 minutes. You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pick up.
There is a handling time for cigars and most pipe tobaccos. It can take 2 to 3 business days before your order will be ready. Again a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as it is available.
Pickup days and times that this service is available:
Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday 11am to 2pm
Sunday: no pickups
Local pickup is CURBSIDE SERVICE only. We do not have a traditional store front. We pack and ship our online orders from a commercial building and the doors are locked to the public. Local pickups will need to arrive at our building after you receive the ORDER IS READY EMAIL / TEXT. Then, call or text us at 314-783-7911 when you arrive. We will then bring your order out to you.
Please be prepared to give us your license plate number so we know which car to bring it to and have your ID ready. We verify age on all tobacco & nicotine orders during checkout AND AT THE TIME OF PICKUP.
